Close to all amenities

Teignmouth is a delightful traditional seaside town, with its sandy beaches, promenade, and lots of leisure facilities. These include tennis, crazy golf, bowls, children's adventure play area, lido, canoeing, sailing, scuba diving

The Victorian pier has been welcoming visitors for over 130 years.

Seaway is central for all amenities, the river beach and historic port are just yards away.

Relax in the evening at one of the many restaurants or pubs or perhaps visit the Carlton Theatre. All of these are within an easy level walk of Seaway Guest House.

Just a few miles inland from Teignmouth and Dawlish lies Dartmoor with its fascinating scenery and walks.

Nearby is Newton Abbot with its bustling market place and famous race course.

Torquay, Paignton, Brixham and Totnes are among the many interesting towns to visit - all within a short distance.

For the serious walker Teignmouth sits on the coastal path stretching the length of the Devon coastline and for golfers there are several excellent courses within a few miles radius, both links and parkland.
